The museum is comprised of a full-time General Management position. In addition, we employ several seasonal staff during our busier periods. Outstanding recognition is given to our numerous volunteers who undertake various tasks. For the museum and at the Montcalm Heritage Festival.

General Management
General Management handles administrative tasks, funding applications, coordination of the Montcalm Heritage Festival, and the summer seasonal team.
Summer Team
The summer team is hired each year in May for university students and June for secondary school students. Their responsibilities include interpretation and guiding visitors, supporting General Management, cataloguing, and site maintenance.
Volunteers
Without the volunteer team, the Museum would not be at its current standard. Our volunteers handle cataloguing, archiving, research, maintenance, and provide support for the Montcalm Festival. We are pleased to have 15 regular volunteers and 180 volunteers during the Montcalm Heritage Festival.
